Simply put, I am a pizza lover. I enjoy all types of pizza but more importantly, I enjoy the happiness and pleasure my guests experience when we prepare and serve the unique flavours created in our mobile Italian wood-fired forno oven.

It all started on a road trip in Western Canada in 2008 on a quest to find a great wood-fired pizza. To my dismay and disappointment, I had little luck but still longed for that great wood-fired pizza taste.

Through an online search, I came across a forno oven on wheels and thought, “why not get an oven on wheels so that I can share m pizza creations with others?” Thus in 2009, I imported my first forno oven from Italy, had it mounted on a trailer and Rustixx Wood Fired Pizza was born.

Originally trained by a Pizzaiolo (pizza chef) from the Amalfi Coast of Italy, I have created my own style of thin crust pizzas, including local vegetables, top quality meats and featuring various sauces such as tangy tomato, basil pesto, dijon bbq and alfredo white.

Whether for a small private gathering of 30 or a festival of thousands, it’s my pleasure to share the unique tastes and experiences of Rustixx Wood Fired Pizza.
